The problems that often arise in village development are the low of welfare and quality people’s life village; lack desire stakeholders to accelerate itself; as well governance requires adjustment mandate Law Number 14 2014 concerning Villages. Therefore, needs have proper planning management, so can be developed properly. In this case, there is a need for sustainable fit programs been prepared order optimize potential natural resources, human science technology. By matching combining three components, it hoped these aspects run well. sustainable. method used research was descriptive qualitative method. expected objectives were find out existing Sungai Kakap village, investigate what facilities available there, community empowerment implemented. It also social changes occurred due there.
